Features and benefits of the delta foundations kitchen faucet

The Foundation B1310LF is versatile, attractive, magical design, and with the low price, ensures anyone can purchase the faucet.

The very first thing you notice of a faucet is its color. The B1310LF faucet comes with Stainless and Chrome finishes. The Delta faucet’s finishes are spot resistant. The finishes will not be distorted for many years. The combination with the elegant faucet makes sure the faucet will help to bring a new bright look to your kitchen.

Needless to say, without proper maintenance, there will be color distortion.

The luxury-looking design will catch your eyes instantly. The lever of the faucet is designed to meet the current trend of the market. The spout is extended from the faucet body like a goose-neck, illustrating all the creativeness of the designer. Although the item is low-arc, the design mixes well with both the large and small kitchen. You can say the design is a transitional model in between the classic and modern design.

As being a low-arc design, the faucet is not suitable for some of the kitchen sinks which have low volume.

The B1310LF faucet has high-speed water flow which ensures you can wash the dirt from your cookware with ease. There are two water lines, one each for the hot and cold water.

The item swivels 360° and this helps to divert the water flow to another basin if you use a sink that has 2 basins. The faucet is also fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The problem with the faucet is it does not have any retractable spout so you can not use the water flow however you like.

The Delta faucet comes with the well-known Diamond Seal Technology® cartridges. Delta tested this innovative technology around 5 million on/off cycles without a failure which is about 700 years of normal use in a kitchen or bath.

Delta uses diamond dust to embed in one disk of the two-disk set. The Diamond Seal Technology®  uses diamond dust to replace the water-resistant lubricant used in ceramic disk cartridges. As per Delta, the diamond dust helps to keep the disks highly smooth since the coated disk continuously scrubs and polishes the other disk so that the 2 lines always connect perfectly. It also helps to remove any mineral deposits that may imply themselves between the disks. The more you use it, the smoother it gets which is just the opposite of ordinary ceramic cartridges.

The Delta B1310LF faucet is a deck mount. You can install the faucet in a 3-hole sink with 8-inch. The faucet has 1 beautifully curved handle lever. The faucet supports hot- and cold-water hose lines with a maximum water flow of 1.8 GPM. The item is easy to install. The height of the spout is 6.63-inch and the reach of the spout is 9.5-inch.

The odd fact about the faucet is it is designed for a single-hole sink with only a deck plate.
